Mother of pearl beads and leather cord necklace

Very unique handmade necklace. Cream color mother of pearl encrusted beads and triple brown leather cord. There are 7 beads: the middle one is 2cm in diameter, the smallest ones are approximately 1cm in diameter. Beads are hand knotted. All beads together are approximately 5 inches long. The necklace is 18 inches long with additional 2 inch extension. New, never used.
