Mother of Pearl Fit and Flare Floral Striped Dress

Sleeveless fit and flare dress with rows of blue and white flowers. Disclaimer--the label on this is "Mother of Pearl" which is a high-end designer. However, I looked up the dress on Google lens, a Forever 21 dress came up. Weird. This dress also has no size tag and no material tag. It's lined and the inside almost looks hand sewn in places. Two seams on the back, the fabric has stretched (see photos). Approximate measurements: 16" chest, 12" waist, 31.5" length.
