vfgs How long is this? Can it be worn as a dress?

tmanella @vfgs I added a few pics to give you an idea. Length is about 36” from the shoulder. Slightly longer in back. It’s a more snug fit in the arms, but that might just be me. I included chest and hip measurements, too. I am not quite 5’2” (for reference).

tmanella @hotripstop as I am looking closer at this, it is not actually lined, the lighter blue is just the reverse side of the dark blue- it is like that throughout the inside.
