Made by tying strips of Turquoise and Shocking Pink tulle to an elastic waist band. The mothers skirt is 15" in length and the child skirt is around knee length. Price includes both skirts. Please message me with your child size after ordering. Failure to do so will delay the processing time. Can be made up to child size 10.
