Mother Coffee Mug Papel Brand

Papel brand Coffee mug I’m not sure if it has ever been used, it doesn’t have any signs of use. The outside just looks like maybe it has an aging color to the white. I’ve seen postings for mugs similar to this one and people have called those vintage. I have no idea how old this is. I’m not sure what flower that is? Maybe Edelweiss
