Motel BW Flower and Dot Crop Top S (more like XXS)

UK-based Motel top purchased at Forever 21. So cute. The top ruffled seam at the bust has little real stretch and is too small for me to even try on (normally a 0 or XS, 30DD.) I suspect this would work best for a pre-teen or someone with that type of physique. I also bought in a M just in case, and that is the size I’m keeping. Can post pics of how the M looks on me if need be. Included pics with measured top seam and side seam! Thanks!
