Mossimo supply co. Black crushed velvet dress

Black crushed velvet dress from Mossimo supply co. Size small. A flirty little ruffle at shoulders. Keyhole at back of neck. Only worn a few times. Very cute dress but *****important note/ full disclosure***this dress has a tendency to dye the skin, I’ve washed it multiple times but still when I wear it it seems to transfer dye onto my skin. I’d recommend tights for sure and even a thin camisole or slip dress when wearing to minimize any staining on your skin. Maybe you know of some trick to get the extra dye out for good!
