Used in excellent condition chiffon blouse three-quarter sleeves.. there's a slit at the neck in the front closed by tying together with string.. measurement from armpit to armpit is approximately 20 in.. there's elastic around the sleeves and elastic at the waist that gives the effect of a small peplum
