Mossimo Skirt, Lined with Elastic Waist

Mossimo Size L EUC Pretty fully lined skirt with polka dots. Brown with beige, blue and red dots. The back waist is elastic. There are belt loops. You could wear it with or without a belt, the belt loops are the same material and don't stand out. It is loose fitting and flowy. Approx measurements: 15"" across the waist 17"" long"
