Mossimo maroon short dress, size small. Ruffled flutter sleeves. 95% Rayon 5 % Spandex. Dress is very stretchy, when laid flat it measures approximately 17 inches across the shoulder area. The bust area measures approximately 36 inches around, the length is approximately 33 inches, and the hem area is approximately 62 inches around. It should be machine washed in cold water. There are a couple of loose threads at the shoulder seam.
