NEW women’s dress Mossimo from Target. Bought years ago and never wore. Blaa as close and grey/white. Soft material. Back zipper detail. Cool structure and stitching to the skirt. Size XS which in this brand is about a size 4 Not too short. Hits mid thigh on me and I’m 5’8”
