Mossimo Cobalt Blue Lace Skater Dress

A size medium lace dress from Mossimo (a Target brand). This dress hits around mid-thigh on me (I am 5' 3:). The dress is a slightly brighter blue in person (definitely a cobalt blue color). The fabric, including the lace, has a tiny bit of stretch to it and the skirt is lined. The neckline is a modern halter style that shows off the shoulders. Only worn once. Selling because I lost weight recently and am cleaning out my closet.
