Mossimo - Circular Pattern Dress (Size XL)

Mossimo (Target) Dress (XL) - circular patterned dress, black with different colored circular patterns in shades of blue and green. Dress is sheer & has an attached black slip underneath. Dress has elastic waist, sleeves, and neck line. Dress is longer maybe at or below knee length depending on your height, sleeves are also half length. Dress has been worn and washed 3/4 times and is in good condition. A few small freys near elastic neck & sleeve as shown in photo could be cut.
