mosqueros are a must accessory in Spanish riding style. the tasssles are called borlas. they serve two purposes, to bob along with horses step serving as an aid they indicate whether the horse is walking consistently in time. the second is to keep flies away from face. they have leather straps in the back to attach to bridle. THESE ARE BRAND NEW 100/ horse hair from Spain. we're being sold by Cortijo Valmoor, home of champion Nobel II. I have inherited them as owner has passed.
