caitcinnor Hi. I wondered if this skirt was hemmed. I have this skirt in blue and it is longer than 17.5" and doesn't have a hem. I'm wondering if the hem can be let down.

serori @caitcinnor It looks like you could let the hem down. Not sure if it could be unhemmed as it has a black band where the hem meets the skirt. An inch should be possible, might be more depending if there is fabric under the hem band and what it looks like.
