This is a One-of-a-Kind Skirt!! Super cute hand stitched floral appliqués at the bottom. Fully lined, side zip and button. Made in Italy 🇮🇹 There is a very faint stain and some tiny holes near waistband shown in pic. Not noticeable unless you’re looking for it. Tag size is 4 but runs very small more like a 0 or XXS. See waist measurement, fabric doesn’t offer stretch. Length is 22.5
