Across waist - 17 1/2 in. Shoulder to cuff - 23 in. Shoulder to shoulder - 18 in. Material: 79% Acetate 21% Rayon Made in Italy NOTE: There is slight color bleed from the red balls into the fabric in a few tiny areas. It is my believe sleeves have been shortened because the stitching is uneven
