@emedley86 it is fitted on top but I think there was room if my boobs were a little bigger! It’s hard to say because I wore it a couple years ago and I think my boobs and waist were definitely bigger than I am now. I think it would be easy to alter if it needed to be take out a little bit!

@carissavon the tag says hollow to hem is 61”, so I’m thinking that’s the lengths from the hips down. It was long on me and I wore 2-3inch heels and it was still long so I think you should be good!
