@beachy4ever this one is the short sleeve shirt option but I will add the sweatshirt one to the top of my page for you if you would rather have that:) and they are true to unisex sizing. if you are an XL in women's I would recommend Large. I size down one in the unisex. the large is 21in across the front laying flat and the XL is 23in across If that helps:)
