Mootsies Tootsies Black Fabric Peep Toe Pumps

These pretty heels are made with a fabric upper and leather sole and a 2.75" heel. Worn only a few times and still in great shape. The foot pad is pulling up a little on the right pump, but could easily be fixed. This is documented in the photos. They also feature a pretty fabric rose detail at the toe.
