Does this pen have a sterling silver cap and sterling silver neck where one holds the pen to write which is tarnished from sitting in the box a long time? Has this pen ever been inked and used in writing? If so, how long ago? The ink may have been dried out inside. How old is this pen? What does the writing say etched in the neck of the pen where one holds to write please? Is there any marking which says it is sterling silver. Please answer honestly, Thank you, Tom
