Monteau striped dress (or tunic)

Monteau LA Bought from Francesca’s Size small Black and white striped Functional pockets with gold colored button accents Would work as a dress on a shorter person or a tunic on a taller person. I’m 5’2” and wore it as both. Two small holes on the back that could be sewn up. Not very noticeable at all.
