Monteau sailor dress

This is such an adorable sailor dress made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. In navy with white trim. Top navy with white trim and white bow in center of a small sweetheart style. Has thick white straps Has white strip in waist area like a belt then the navy bottom A lines out . Has zipper up back with a small patch of stretch for comfort . Really adorable!! Measurements are approximately lying flat pit to pit 16" with extra stretch if needed. Total length 33". Excellent condition!
