Monteau black sheer chiffon & lace top

Monteau black blouse with lace around neck and down the front. The sleeves are 3/4 length with a 2 button up in back. It is made of 100% polyester. It measures Chest 19” X Length 23” X Sleeve Length 19” approximately. This blouse fits more like a small rather than a medium. Used in very good condition in smoke free home.
