Not entirely sure of the size but it fits like a women’s small and here are the measurements: Pit to pit: 15 1/2 inches Shoulder to bottom of dress: about 41 inches One of the belt loops on the left side is broken. Can be mended either by cutting or sewing. Material is like a cotton feel
