Monteau Near and Farm shirt

I bought this blouse on Modcloth years ago. It is made of a very light and soft blend of 65%polyester and 35%cotton with delicate polka dots and chunky white lace. It states it is size large but it fits more like a 4-6. The care instructions are: Handwash cold, Line dry, Do not bleach. It will come with a spare button. For reference my measurements are: Height: 5'10" Chest: 35" Waist: 26" Hips: 40"
