Monteau Navy Blue Blouse

NWOT Never worn as it was too large for me. Really adorable blue lacey high collor blouse. A bit of a puff sleeve and fully lined except for the top of the blouse. Super soft. Just a really pretty blouse for springtime weather. Measurements are in the photos.
