Monteau Lace Dress

Adorable lace dress in white over a black lining and with a black belt and flat bow at the waist. This dress is just so sweet. It’s great with flats or tights and boots alike. I absolutely love it, but it’s a little small for me. There are some loose threads, and at one of the straps, the lace is missing a small section. See pix.
