Monteau Floral & Polka Dot Blue Blouse Size 3X

This navy blue Monteau blouse has both a white polka dot & reddish pink/denim blue floral pattern (2nd photo shows accurate colors , 6 gorgeous wood look functional buttons and sleeves with slits & ties at the end. 24” underarm to underarm, 18” sleeves without being tied and 27” shoulder to hem. The tag says 3X but measurements say 2X-3X. Beautiful pre loved condition-no stains or holes. Looking at this top makes me happy. SS#5
