Monteau Brown Mini Dress with Neck Bow and Balloon Skirt

Monteau brown mini dress. SO SOFT. I love the way this dress feels on! the 3/4 sleeves cinch at the ends along with the skirt hem for a slenderized balloon effect (not big and poof, very subtle) and of course the neck bow detail is to die for. Such a fun but elegant cocktail dress! Fits like an XS. Also, made in the USA?? I just think that's rad af. See images for measurements!
