Monsoon brand blue plaid dress with a tie around the waist. No noted flaws, but the dress was purchased used and has been loved--fabric has slight pilling. 70% cotton. Measurements lying flat: 17 inches pit to pit, 14 inches waist, 40.5 inches top to bottom. Long and flowy.
