Monsoon London Silk Strapless Gown Maxi Sheath Sequin Embroidered Beaded Vintage

Silk Monsoon Column Maxi Dress. Tagged UK 14, which for this brand should correspond to US 10, but it runs a bit small. Best for 8/10, IMO. Very good condition. Worn twice for formal events. Purchased at Monsoon in Dubai, UAE in 2001. A few minor pulls in silk chiffon. I tried to show these in the pictures. Beautiful maroon silk chiffon with gorgeous hand done bead and sequin embellishments and deep pink underskirt. Satin lining and boning in bust. Strapless, but has loops for straps to attach. There is still one strap left -the other has been misplaced over the years. The remaining one could be used on one shoulder, as a cross strap, or as a halter, depending on your torso. Strap is adjustable. Empire waist (basically just underneath bust) has no stretch. See measurements. Skirt has a slight pleated faux wrap just under empire waist. Please comment with questions!
