Monroe and Main Blue asymmetrical dress/shirt

This super comfy top (or dress! Long top on 5’5’’) is a gorgeous royal blue color! It was adorable cap sleeve and a keyhole in the neckline. It does have one small spot (picture and standard chapstick for scale!).
