Originally printed in 2001, opened but never played, small damaged spot on the back of the box, a little wear on the top lower left, and on Homer's jacket as shown in the pictures. Game/Box includes: game board, 6 tokens, 28 title deeds cards, 32 chance and community chest cards, 2 dice, 6 tokens/players pieces, and instructions.
