High rise, cropped, wide leg cargo pants by UK brand Monki. stretchy mid weight fabric. no tag for material but feels like poly cotton blend. black with white contrast stitching. super cute but thought it was a US 32 and can't even get 1 leg into them, haha! size on tag is UK, fits like a US 0 or 25 looks new w/out tags. waist: 25" rise: 13" inseam: 25.5"
