Armpit to armpit -17" Waist-28" Hip-36" Shoulder to hem-46" This truly unique dress has a plain black liner with a sheer textured overdress. The top layer falls shorter than the liner and hangs in scarflike panels. There are 2 ties at either side seam and 2 ties in the back It has a scoop neck and back zippered closure. The sleeves are unlined.
