Monet Cream Enamel Link Necklace, Gold Plated, 1980s Vintage Jewelry

Beautiful Monet cream enamel and gold plated link necklace from the 1980s. The necklace has slightly curved links with cream in the middle and an x on each side in gold plate. There are two clasps so that you can add or remove an inch extender which blends in with the design. You can wear the necklace at 16 or 17 inches. It is 1/2 Inches in width and fits nice around the contour of your neck. Michael and Jay Chernow founded Monocraft in 1929. As part of the business, the brothers developed an excellent plating process to branch into making jewelry, which they signed “MONET”. Monet jewelry reflects classic designs that can be worn daily.
