I’m good new condition, I just took the tags off *The picture with the tag is just to show the info that the tag had. These have some stretch to them as well, the fabric is nice and light and feel cooling - Great for a hot day - And even though they are light weight they also are well made with nice quality fabric that feels like it’s going to last for a while Good size pockets, and I took pictures with them inside out to show the depth of the pockets. Size medium but I feel like these could fit as a large as well They fit me pretty well and I’m usually a size 8 to 10
