@lifeasamagpie It says 12-14 for sizing and 40 - 41.5” for bust measurement (the fullest part of your bust all the way around). Their sizing is Petite, XS, S, M, L, V, VV, and VVV. I’ll add a photo of Cass, one of their models on the website wearing this top in the black colorway. She’s in the size V and her bra size is 38D.
