Mondaine Makeup Compact Vintage 1930s Leather Embroidered Flower Mirror Sponge Preowned-vintage condition-Please see photos for more details This is a light blue leather book style makeup compact. inside of a circle section displays a stunning bouquet of embroidered red roses with green stems and leaves. It is edged with a brass tone metal frame. A framed mirror has some desilvering but is intact. Opposite the mirror store 2 sections one with a red rouge barley used. The original cloth pad is in a second compartment with a small amount of pale powder. This piece is signed in cursive lettering Mondaine on the rouge brass side and New York USA to the right.
