schelleb Have you considered contacting moncler to see about getting a replacement or new coat? I have a Canada goose & they have a lifetime warranty. I had a similar thing happen to mine where the dry cleaner completely damaged it. Canada goose allowed me to get a similar coat at no cost. I just had to provide the receipt from the cleaners
