stephsmurr @kellyhwhitehead I’m 5’1” and wore 3”-4” heels with it. It was to the floor for me with a slight graduated train on the back. I’m posting another full length picture for you to see the bottom. From the drop waist hem it is 32” I hope this helps. Steph

stephsmurr @kellyhwhitehead at the time I bought this I only altered the length a small amount. I don’t remember how much we altered the length. I’m 5’1”. I alter the length on everything. I don’t remember if mon Cheri runs true to size, large or what.

stephsmurr @kellyhwhitehead also it’s a drop waist so it’s going to hit lower on the waist than a regular waistline.
