Hello there, could you please specify waist and inseam measurements? Even if approximate?

@2023bk Hi - the waist is 16" (flat front and elastic back) and the inseam is 30". I just noticed that there is a tear and small hole at the hemline of right pant leg (I just added two pictures to show). I think it could be easily mended and not noticeable. If you're still interested, make me an offer!
