NWOT! This super cute sweater is incredibly soft and has a nice thicker weight to it. Black and white stripes with a small red heart on the front and is very stretchy. The size on the tag is TU, which translates to one size fits all. I am dress size 2 to 4 and you can see me wearing in one of the pics. I bought it new and never wore it once!
