Moffat Woollens Scotland‎ Pleated Tartan Wool Leather Buckle Vintage

This is a fabulous piece from Moffat Woollens in a fabulous wool featuring a leather strap closure. The other buckle had no strap and is missing the button which I didn’t replace as placement should be made by the wearer of the garment to ensure perfect fit. This is truly a one of a kind garment at a fabulous price that is sure to withstand the rest of time. No holes, snags or other noted flaws to the fabric.
