Modern Citizen, Neha Tie-front V-Neck Blouse:::: New and Never Worn

Summer of 2024 It-Top! Kept seeing this top on Insta - tracked it down online because I had to have it. However, this feminine, light-as-air, minimal top did not fit over my 40DDD bust! This lovely tie-front blouse can easily be dressed up or down ore even worn with ties in back will belt as in photo above.
