@kerriegraham hi. Armpit to armpit is 16” and waist is 12”. It’s stretchy material.

@mivymo hi. I placed measurements in comment below. And yes, it’s a stretchy material. Very soft. It’s such a cute dress, just doesn’t fit me as well as I wanted it to. I’m an 8 and It seems like this would fit a size 6 the best.
