Modcloth lace overlay gray cocktail dress

Originally the sheer overlay was hi-lo but it was professionally hemmed to be straight across. Fully lined. Zips in back. Size tag is missing. Measures approximately 16" pit to pit, 36" shoulder to hem, 14" at elastic (unstretched) below bust. Great condition. Perfect for wedding guest, cocktail party or holidays.
