Modcloth denim skort 2X never used

I ordered this denim skort (shorts that look like a skirt in front) from modcloth and they sent me the wrong size two times but so far I’ve only located this 2xl I took it out of the package and threw the pjs suit wrap away and put it in my closet but when I went to wear it, it was too big so I reordered and never got around to sending this one (or the next one I think was even bigger) back so it’s new out of package
