Modcloth black velvet pinafore dress

adorable little overall dress with adjustable straps (criss cross, shorten or lengthen) and zipper closure. the fabric around the waist has a little bit of stretch to it. the material holds its shape well and isn't flimsy. this one also has pockets! the length of the skirt from waist to hem is 20 inches and was just a couple inches above the knee on me (5'7").
